What we want? Basically, if you’re a Mechanical Engineer who actually knows what they’re doing—jump right in. Show us you’ve handled HVAC, plumbing, drainage, all that fun stuff (throw in some firefighting systems and LPG for good measure). Dubai regs aren’t just an afterthought around here, so if the names DM, DDA, or Trakhees mean nothing to you? Sorry, hard pass.

We’re talking someone who’s survived the circus of design reviews, site inspections, test runs, the whole commissioning headache. If things like ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, and all those endless British and international standards make you yawn from familiarity—good, we like you already.

Oh, and you absolutely need to know how to ride herd on contractors, sling RFIs, deal with submittals, keep progress reports moving, maybe even wrangle a claim or two. Paper credentials matter, too: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Don’t have it? Well, come back when you do.
